Are you familiar with .vhp files?
**We'd like up to 3 hrs help over the course of a week, chatting via Skype** **during daytime work hours of India. ** Note: You don't need to be located in India nor available all hours; just accessible for a few of the hours within each Indian work-day.
We're looking for an **experienced Visual FoxPro coder** (experienced with older versions, from around 2001) to help us understand how to work with legacy C++ Visual Studio code integrated with FoxPro. It compiles using Visual Studio 6, SP5.
This is a complex application with several DLLs that are specific to different devices that it monitors. The devices are used in the chemical industry.
Each DLL typically has one graphical user interface dialogue for process monitoring which is implemented as a .vhp file. That dialogue usually has a small diagram of process flow and some edit fields, checkboxes, etc. for parameters.
We have Visual Studio 6 installed but we don't understand how to load the .vhp files for editing, and we don't understand how the rest of the DLL interacts with the .vhp to get the user input data.
Your help would be appreciated.
Bid with the understanding that we will expect about 3hrs of your consulting help over the course of a week. We will probably renew the contract from time to time.
**Please again note that my development team is in India. ** So you must be available on Skype most hours during teh period from **10:00 am to 5:00 pm India Standard Time (IST).** India has one time zone. Google "Time in Delhi" to see our time relative to yours.
