Websites Thumbnails

Required a simple C++ application that will do the followings: will take input from a txt file and the format of the data in the file will look like this: 1lb,[login to view URL] 2ae,[login to view URL] 3sa,[login to view URL] what we need the application to do is visit the sites listed in the txt file one by one and take a thumbnail of each and save it. The name of the file will be the first portion before the comma, in our case above the names will be [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and the size of the thumbnail must be 200x150px and the size of the file must be 10KB max. We should be able to pause the software and control how many threads shall be active and be able to see what sites has been finished. Also it should output a text file of the sites that it was unable to take a thumbnail of. Please let us know if we can apply a watermark on the pic so it is saved with the watermark on it.
