**A minimum and efficient Win32 application template is requested**, plus a Unicode word pattern interpreter, and an interpreter of user and data events (two code functions), with user help and any needed training documentation for compiling and/or installing.
Assembly code, is preferred, with source code contributed with the project, including project make documentation.
Any type of efficient 3rd party assembler for Win32 executables may be used, but the assembler must be freely available, and distributed with the solution, with documentation for re-compiling supplied as part of the project.
Project specifications and architecture advise is invited.
The application code template must auto-install and register with the Win32 System, provide Windows Task Tray support, and file support, and typical shell extensions. Other features may be added or suggested.
The software source code will be made available as an open source project, with an appropriate user license required. License options enable author negotiation if revenue streams are attracted, pending mutual agreement binding at delivery.
All places that are appropriate within the application and on a Web home page will display author credits, with links to the authors URL desired (as prudent).
The author(s) must provide email support, and/or phone support for training of correct use of the deliverables, as required, after final project acceptance as needed to train the features. Project help documentation may suffice for training if appropriate. This training is limited to the week of the completed project delivery and the business week following.
Federal copyright registration processing will be provided by RegularDynamics upon successful completion of the training requirements, preceding any public or private distribution.
Subsequent projects may branch from this project, either open source branches, and/or proprietary branching.
New application paradigms will be pursued, including modern collaboration paradigms, and subscription knowledge pools, as group-aware peer-to-peer Web apps and information clients. Commercial opportunities are anticipated and secured for the project author's by the Federal copyright processed by RegularDynamics.
