Experienced Part-Time CakePHP and Javascript, long term

It would be for about 5 hours per day, and they should have extensive experience programming using PHP, Object-Oriented Programming, MySQL, other databases, Javascript libraries and AJAX. A very good expertise in CakePHP its a must, if you know other PHP frameworks or other web and desktop languages better. We're looking for someone who can be available within a 2pm-10pm range, GMT+1, you decide the time, so that we can have constant communication. We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills in the English language, and who is willing to communicate through msn messenger (our prefered one) or gtalk. We would like someone who is easy to contact, reliable, organized and proficient in all required programming languages and concepts. We want to see high quality work and strong work ethic.
