Content/wording for a an email

Hello I need someone to word an email for me. I have a website with a event listing feature... [login to view URL] We also have a page where local attractions can add their details for free... [login to view URL] I have a html template ready to fill, a way of sending these emails and a list of email addresses to send to. What i need is someone to word a short email describing that they can submit their event listings or attraction for free to our website. I have tried a few times and it just don't read right, and as any responces will lead to free content for our site it is quiet important The email has to be catchy enough for them to be attracted to the idea and maybe submit their details. I will give a run down on what i would like included in the email to winning bidder, all i then need is text of email. If you are into content writing, advertising etc this will be a simple task. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
