Write a generic template data security and backup plan for small businesses of one person to 25 people, with 0 to 3 Windows servers, up to 25 workstations, and no in-house computer geek. The plan should be a fill-in-the-blanks type template which can create a customized document from boilerplate which can help a business comply with HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, or Sarbanes-Oxley - whichever applies to the business.
We'll accept bids for just plain documentation in Microsoft Word format (.DOC) that can be edited manually, but we prefer a smart application (web or Windows) that builds a custom plan after asking questions.
We will disclose more specific information on the requirements of the plan on request from consultants who already have experience writing compliance documentation.
We will consider accepting up to three bids for consultants with different expertise.
