I need someone to create an online course entitled 'Instructional Design for Elearning'. The course should be a mixture of activities and content - in fact, it should be well designed itself! A range of web technologies should be used to stimulate interest. For example, Flash, audio, etc. I would anticipate the course running about 20 hours, though this would include students doing offline assignments, research, discussions, etc. Maybe 4 online modules, each lasting a week (5 hours study/work). I have no preconceived ideas for this - you come up with the format, modules, etc. We will simply put it into Moodle ([url removed, login to view]) and sell access to it online. The course will use a tutor who will login each day to answer questions, manage discussions, mark assessments, etc.
