I have new online real estate instruction products I want advertised on an existing site. Each product will have 4 preselling advertising pages with different appearances. Looking for a few people to show me their preselling advertising styles that I can put into each of these 4 slots. Page design might include roll paper type, text with links and images etc. I need someone who understands HTML/CSS, can write and who can put product information in preselling form on the websiter to attract sales. Content comes from existing product components: --a simple email already sent that brought students to seminar --a PDF Power Point presentation that was given as handouts for each topic of the seminar --an audio file of the seminar --some seminars have videos Finished pages can be put up with related images easily found at good public domain image sites. Length of document depends on it to presell the reader into pressing the button to buy. Main site pages are written in HTML with SHTML extensions that use INCLUDE files. Templates using CSS files already exist. You can use these or add new CSS information, but page appearance should relate to the existing site design. I consider this easy work for anyone who fits the above requirements and who knows how to put pages into a website. Preferences to someone who understands real estate purchasing, but not required. Please submit a link/doc of the style in which you prefer to design this along with your price for a single page you'd finish in that style. There are currently 7 products finished with 22 other topics recorded and getting finished for the net over the next few months. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
