Website optimization and traffic generation needed

We need help optimizing and promoting our website. This is not a new asian dating site ( Vietnam), is based on asp that has not been submitted to any engines professionally. I'm looking for an expert in website optimization and promotion via search engines (Google, Excite, Yahoo, MSN, AOL etc) I am also about to start building 2 affiliate websites of this website for customers who will be looking for same after this one proves itself out. Indicate if you would have an interest in working on a percentage of new revenues and also know that we are looking to market affiliates as well.
