Sugar CRM customization

We are a team of sugar customization developer, works for two prominent SugarCRM partners. We used to have tons of regular customization work. One of our partner is expanding its business, and expect us to scale quickly. So we are looking to add new sugarcrm freelance developers in our team. If you are a experienced sugar customization developer or good in php mv, and can do customization at code level for SugarCRM (please note that we are not allowed to use sugar studio, and all changes are to be at code level, and upgrade safe), then please connect with us immediately. Two immediate project to kick of with 2 or more developers are" Project 1: Module-Quotes 1) Line items and groups should be able to be moved by drag and drop or by clicking an arrow up/down. Lines to move across the groups also. 2) Provision to duplicate a line item or a group, by selecting and clicking duplicate button (new button to provide on interface) 3) Fill Shipping Account address automatically when user selects Account name in Quotes (default is only for Billing Account) Project 2: 1) Module Workflow - Provision for additional condition while creating a workflow. condition will be "If selected field does not change within x days", please note admin creating workflow be allowed to specify value of x days, along with selecting field, and workflow to trigger accordingly. 2) Module Product: provision to auto import/update of products & categories from e-Commerce site (magento) 3) Module Quotes: provision to import quotes line item and group. An excel sheet with SKU (part #) and quantity will be uploaded within create quote function, and that allow to create product line items within this quotes module. Quotes will then be saved seperately. NOTE thi sis not to import quote, but to import line items within quote only. 4) Module Quotes: provide a checkbox toggle switch to enable/disable SKU (manufacturer part#) into PDF generated from quotes. Please provide your hourly estimate for each item in project & your competitive rate Please also provide a sample of your work to showcase your expertise in Quotes module (preferably if you can show one of the above items live at your server, or appropriate screen caps, both UI & code snippet). Payment and acceptance cycle will be: 1) On successful demo of your work from your server / our server - 20% 2) Code will then be pushed to our test server (by us), and further testing/resolving all issues: 40% 3) Code will then be deployed to partner/client server, and final integration testing will be done/ resolving all issues: 40% Ask if you have any further question.
