For MAGENTO based site - need Multiple Search feature

Our Site is Based on MAGENTO and we sell Wine and Spirits. We need : Multiple Search Filter (I am Not talking about Layered navigation) to be placed on Home page, Catalog page, Product page. We need checkbox in the filter options and the price slider - the person should be able to select multiple search fields and then press "SEARCH" to see the results. I MAY ask you to change the position of the search fields placement. In case if you have already implemented such a feature please let us know of - we would like to see it. You Need to make it's look merge with our site.
You will deliver the result with Proper Documentation and explain in details about HOW to relate the items for the Search Filter Result. I need the working solution in 2 to 3 days time from the date of release of Order - No Delays please on deliverable.
