PHP - existing site - 2 to 3 small changes - repost

Job Description:

I have an existing PHP driven website. I need to fix a few new features on this site. I have an image cropping feature on the site.

I need the following changes:

1) On the crop screen, I will need to change the dimensions of the crop. I will give you the new dimensions

2) On the crop screen, I want the standard crop drag area to be similar to the canvas used to display the image (the canvas is not rectangular)
