Web Application for managing logistic information (PHP5 Zend Symfony HTML5)

PROJECT DETAILS Overview: We wish to contract a development partner to supply a web application which manages and presents logistic routing information. The website will require bespoke programming on a standardised software platform and shall not be using any readily available plugins. We are seeking a build and testing partner for the project. Visuals and documentation shall be provided when the project contract has been awarded. You will be asked to submit evidence of relevant previous projects and source code examples as part of the selection process. We shall provide: Visual designs and user journeys Screen designs for each main screen template Sitemap Wireframes Technical architecture Data model (ERD) Technical specification Project management UK based technical architect UK based project manager The supplier shall be contract to deliver the following: Services HTML/CSS/JavaScript programming Applicant layer programming Database schema based on architect drawings Project management Quality assurance across supported devices Deliverables Daily submission of source files to a VCS Documentation written in English on a wiki Quality assurance results Weekly status reports Project management on an industry standard issue tracking tool Technology platform: We wish to pursue a PHP5 based solution using a widely used and accepted MVC framework such as Symfony, Zend Framework or another such framework. The front end technology shall be using HTML5 and CSS and should use a responsive framework to react to an adaptive design template.
