I would like to do the following to: I have several people that need to send me reports on telemarketing calls. I would like them to be able to fill in the report online.(currently we email back and forth excel and WORD files.) The report should have the following fields: CALLER ID/DATE/RESULT(Good,Unreachable,Blank,Wrong Number, Flamer)/Agent Name(name1,name2,name3) The agent ONLY has to select the RESULTS and NAME I should be able to parse leads in the following format: callerid, date(one per line) It would be convenient if the page would organize the records per calender month. Also at the bottom it would be nice to display the statistics RESULTS for each AGENT ex. NAME1, 24 Good,4 Unreachable,5 Blank,2 Wrong Number, 1Flamer, Total 36 Each month would hold between 300 and 500 records(leads) I am looking for a simple and easy to implement solution. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
