I need a PHP based calendar developed. It will be a data tracking calendar where users sign up, get an account and then enter data from a "data input" form and the data will then be saved to the calender. When the user views the calendar he/she will be able to see the data inputted for each day. The calender will appear just like a regular calender in terms of the layout. The data input page will contain text fields, with predefined questions that I can easily add/remove from the admin login. For example, I may add ten questions from the admin and they would appear on the user's data input page. Each question on the data input page will be followed by a text box for the user to input the answer. Once the user answers all the questions and clicks submit, it will save the data and add it to the calender in a pre-defined layout.
The purpose of this program is to allow users to track their daily activities and then be able to view them from the calender view. Users will need to be able to go back and edit data from previous days on the calender, through an "edit" link present on the calender for each day.
I will design all the layouts and graphics for this. The coder I hire will only have to implement the coding and database with my design. It's a real simple project. The only other requirement is it needs to be setup to accept paypal payments both monthly and yearly subscription payments and needs to notify the user when their term expires or auto bill. It also needs to disable the users account if they do not pay. I need an admin feature to be able to track my users and their payment history.
Also, there needs to be an option for the user to add additional "custom" questions on the data input page so they can track data custom to their situation. This will also need to export to the calender in the predefined layout.
