Functions of program:
When client runs exe program the program should check client is connected to the internet
Then prompt the client for a password, once password has been entered, connect to my office computer read a particular desktop file to verify password entered.
If password is correct then place a small notification containing the clients entered information on the office desktop.
Once office desktop notification has been activated the program should check another desktop html file and return particular values back to client.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
