Web Based Accounting

We are looking forward for developers who can develop PHP based clone for Tally Software ( Ver 8.1 ) ([url removed, login to view]) with mysql in backend for our company’s online use . There will be more than 100 users who can work individually at same time to maintain different accounting works & different accounts .

To become a user one must register 1st , like in WEB Based E Mails ( Gmail , Yahoo mail etc . ) and then to work , they have to login with password as we do to read our web based emails .

We need a very simple layout & user friendly interface like G Mail . The language will be in English .

There should be provision to print the various sheets & and it will be better is there is an option for exporting to tally .

All the property right , Copy rights will be with us & under any condition the developer will not be able to reuse the product & concept .

Name & Contact address of the developer must not be displayed any where in the application , otherwise the contract will be terminated .

Payment :

Full payment will be made after proper testing of the application within 60 days in Indian Rupees .

If we satisfied with the product & services then we may appoint the same service provider for AMC , if we feel it necessary in future with a separate contract agreement .
