Currenlty we have a delphi application that works as service and directly captures the user's desktop keyboard and mouse events from this service.
On latest windows versions this capturing method does not work anymore cause of service [isolation], so we decided to create a new sub-child process that will run in the user's sesion as a normal process hidden application and will use IPC (inter process communication) to send the captured data to the service and will solve this situation.
Just good delphi skills are needed and coding experience with IPC (using mapped file or shared memory..).
Here there's more [information] about services isolation on new windows versions.
To apply for this bid it's a must coding this delphi source addon under windows vista to debug it and test it correctly.
