I'm looking for a programmer who is able to add two new features to my email ticketing system.
I? have a website that is some kind of eMail ticket system based on PopMail 2.0? (which is a PHP Script).
If a new message arrives admin can specify if the topic was already processed and save it to a mysql database.
This really works fine.
However i need an additional feature for this email ticketing system.
If some information is missing, incoming eMail sometimes need to be responded.
So if admin clicks respond, sender adress should be transfered from incoming message to the new eMail-form (recipient? and text are already transfered to this form).
Also if admin then types in a response and clicks 'send' the message should be send to the recipient of course, but also stored in a database using a Thread ID that corresponds with the sender adress. Also the current timestamp of this responding message has to be stored in database.
Sound a little wired, but i hope you got what i want you to do, it's just some simple changes to the existing script.
You can also have a look at the attached files for some more explanation.
