I'm a PHP developer short on time and I have a new client with a simple web page, but no shopping cart. She's got about 10 items with 25 purchase variations (ie: 1 item might come in sets of 10, 20 or 30 only). I'd like to convert her static item description page to an order page using custom PHP. No interfaces to 3rd party shopping carts.
Each item will get a qty and an [Add to Cart] button. the customer will click the button and a single PHP script will be called to tally things and display the current shopping cart contents. The shopping cart page will also be able to modify quantities or delete items. Can all be done in SESSION variables until the checkout happens.
The checkout page will show their order, request their BillTo/ShipTo information, and request their credit card info (I'll handle the SSL) and allow them to charge it! I will be handling the charge with [url removed, login to view], so I would want a bogus function for you to add in just so I can test your code. I will replace it with REAL call to [url removed, login to view] when you're done.
When the charge is good, save everything to two MySQL tables: Order and OrderDetail - should be self explanatory.
Please, only coders with good ratings need apply.
Thank you all!
