I need a form on my site that functions similar to the software licenses work in this way: when I send a link and password to t client to come download their files, they would have to "read" and "accept" the terms fo usage before being allowed to proceed. The files I'm posting are artwork files and the message they will agree to is uasge as per the terms of the contract -- they can't archive and re-use my art for another purpose later. I'll provide the actual language once I learn how this will work. Once someone checks "agree" and submits that, I will need to be emailed or have access to a log of who went there.
