I will provide a list of addresses for buildings in my city, divided into 15 subcategories (geographic location), with about four fields tied to each building (class, year built, owner, rental rate). The address can then be entered into <[url removed, login to view]> to pull up a list of tenants for that building (owner name), address (with suite number), and the value of property in the tenant's office (for an example, type in "12710 Research"). This information can be copied and pasted, with unused fields deleted. I need a searchable, editable database of all of these buildings, with the information copied from [[url removed, login to view]] added to the database. I will want fields for each tenant where I can add - contact name, phone number, address, lease expiration, plus about six other fields that I can populate with values, and then search any of the fields in the database. I will then need to be able to print a report based on my search. For instance, I would like to be able to search for all leases expiring during a particular month, and print a report with those contact names and addresses. Copying the information into the database will take 14 - 18 hours by my estimation, since there are 1,431 buildings I will need populated into the database. If you would like to bid on adding phone numbers and website addresses by searching [[url removed, login to view]], then please do so.
