Betfair API Expert

I require someone with betfair api experience to design some "Arb" software that will place bets when the lay book exceeds 100%.

The trade should only occur if in excess of £100 is available on each selection. It should monitor events at anytime and places bets automatically,

The product would be similar to arbmirage.co.uk.

Speed is the real key here.
