Central Server Based Store Creator in PHP

First, this isn't a complicated project and will be easy for any experienced PHP programmer. If you aren't experienced, there is no need to bid. Project - I need a centrally server based script created that will allow customers to create stores via their own data feeds received by affiliated merchants. Components needed - 1. Customer signup and payment system. 2. The store built in a wizard style format. 3. An FTP system to upload the completed store to the customer. 4. An administrative system that allows me to monitor customers, payments, communications with the customer. I can provide a Camtasia video of a system very close to what I'm wanting to accomplish.
