CHINESE Website Designer needed ASAP!

Are you a talented website designer who is looking for a bit of extra income? We are an independent film company currently in development for a documentary to be filmed in various regions of China. The show is a East and West collaboration that is aimed for international broadcasting. As of now, we have a few interested broadcasters showing interest in the project and in early November we will be pitching the project to interested financiers in Europe. Because the internet/broadband element is a very integral aspect of the project, we will eventually need a rock solid website created and maintained. But as of now, we'd like to get a mockup of the website made, something that we can show to financiers when we pitch the project. The ideal candidate for this project must be available right away to work and meet with the producers. They must be experienced and proficient at building websites (though Flash is not needed at this moment, it is ideal that the candidate be skilled at this as well) and be able to work with Chinese fonts (the ability to read/type Chinese is even better). Because financing has not been secured yet, we will just paying for everything out of our own pockets. So unfortunately its not much. However we can certainly work out a deferred payment for this mockup for when the project gets properly funded. As well, ideally we'd want someone who can follow this project from beginning to end (if you're available), so please apply with salary expectations for developing the website in the future. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
