The objective of this project is to convert a static HTML website into a content management system that will allow non-techies to update the content, and add new pages to the site. We need to be able to edit content, change formatting of text, add images, and upload files. The site needs to use search engine friendly URLs and have unique titles for each page. The current website is www.resumewinners.com. It includes about 40 pages of content. The design for the new version of the site should be as close as possible to the current design. I want to use an open source CMS, but I'm not set on any particular software as long as it will run on a Linux/Apache web server. Please mention in your bid which type of CMS software you prefer to use. I will provide FTP access to my server to download the current site files and to set up the CMS.
