We currently create quotes by hand. We do this by filling out a template in a table format. The goal of this project is for you to design a and deliver a process that will:
1- Take input from a web form (PHP) - you must design this for test purposes. The inputs include text, pricing, quantity and subtotals, as well as two other miscellaneous fields
2- Insert the fields it into the existing template (the template will be a WORD Document or Fillable PDF). A Sample template will be provided to you which contains graphics, headers, footers and other elements associated with a typical document which contained terms and conditions, etc...
The document template above contains a "Terms and Conditions" section. Another
1- You must create a web form that enables the addition, deletion and editing of the terms and conditions
2- The terms and conditions must the be formatted in two ways and inserted into the document, first in SMALL PRINT NUMBERED PARAGRAPH STYLE and then in LARGE NUMBERED PARAGRAPHS with appropriate spacing.
COMBINE THE ABOVE
Finally, you must combine the above to:
1- Produce a PDF file of the filled in form from by combining the inputs from the web form and the blank template
2- Email the filled-in PDF to a specified email address with Cc:, BCc: and subject heading options
The document must look identical to the original.
You will design various elements of the above web forms in order to test the product that you need to produce at the end
