I am currently Project Managing a software implementation for a Building Supplies Provider Group. As part of the implementation we have to design and create all the documentation that will be used following Go-Live. By documentation I mean the documents that will print up following most of the daily business transactions e.g. Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Picking Notes, Delivery Notes, Credit Notes, Sales Invoices, Intercompany Transfers etc. These documents must be designed using Crystal Reports. As I have no knowledge of the Crystal Reports application this will take me a long time to do and so I need someone to create these Crystal report documents.
I also need the same person to draft up a basic guide "how to link the text boxes to the appropriate database fields" behind so that when the document prints up the correct Customer name etc. prints up also.
I will be providing a copy of the database, the schema and 10 drawings of the documents in the exact format that I need them - I can fax them to the winning coder or scan and email them.
10 Crystal Report documents that exactly match the faxed / scanned documents provided. These must include all design elements such as borders, underlines, text in bold etc. so that the documents are an exact replica of the examples provided and take into account any notes or comments provided by me.
