CSS expert needed + a pagination module to include

This project needs good skills in CSS (and a bit ajax for the pagination system). You will not start from scratch, as i will provide you my current CSS + example html. Description of the job is below :

General things:

1) The padding between each parts in the "container" has to be like that :

? ? ? ?px? ? "left col"? ? 10px? ? ? "center part"? ? 10px? ? ? "right col"? ? ?px

2) Menu is ok (not working properly on IE)

3) ? ? ? "Left" column must have a size of 300px

? ? ? "Right" column must have a size of 300px

? ? ? These column must be "centered" in the container, that's not the case for the moment. The center part (

? ? ? Each sub-components in the left and right columns must fit the new size of these columns (for example : The sub component in the "categories" block in the left column must be resized)

4) I want to have buttons designed like the "Enter" one visible in the login block. But, i'd like to avoid having to set the size of such button.

? ? ? In other words, button has to dinamically set their size regarding the lenght of the text within

Center part :

-------------

- I want to use there the same buttons defined hereabove (see point 4)

- I'd like to have more "fieldset" (which can be considered as blocks) :

? ? ? - 1) A fieldset part to display some data as a list. Example: I want to get some data from a database (don't care about retrieving data ;-) and display them in a list. This fieldset module must contain an ajax pagination system (not yet implemented). 2) A fieldset part to manage a kind of questions/answers like in a blog for example.
