I think I prefer php, asp, or asp.net. I expect the design ot be top notch. The design I am looking to accomplish will resemble that of this design on [url removed, login to view], in fashion category, authored by eyemaster. See it and only bid if you can create as good design as that. If you can provide me with the design at that level but not the programming still bid, but not the opposite way around.
Preference is someone that either has a team of designers and programmers to do both or a team of two even. This project must be started and completed by Jan 1, 2005. Thats means you have approx 2 months - 60 days. For every day you are late I will have to deduct $50 from the bid price, and I still get the finished work, even if price gets diminished to $1 dollar. (I dont mean to sound mean I just want someone that can stand behind his word as I have had many that havent)
