NOTE: Much more detail is available in the attached file.. it is a MUST READ before bidding. Thanks Looking for someone experienced with HTML email systems and PHP (required language). I need a drip email system that does the following: ** send full html emails to any signed up clients on a schedule based on number of days since client signup. ** ability to add up to 20 campaigns ** ability to add virtually unlimited messages to a campaign ** ability to pull branding data (picture, logo, contact info) from a database to add the html template ** ability to choose between templates. Need 5 designs, will provide .PDF ** ability to add/edit/delete any message in a campaign. ** ability to subscribe to different campaigns via different webforms ** a process for recipients to unsubscribe. ** ability to add 'actions' to campaign, which will be reminders to a different email address in lieu of the html email. ** ability to do a campaign based on dates as opposed to days from signup (for holiday greetings) ** ability to sign up to two or more campaigns from one webform ** good visual design for the entire system, PDFs provided. That's about it. A better spec will be provided to the winning bidder, but this is the major functionality.

Due to many questions about this project, I've attached a much more descriptive spec in the form of a .zip.
It describes additional functionality, so please review it and write me to acknowledge you've read it and that your bid on both time to completion and $ includes what's in that file.
I look forward to starting this project tomorrow.
