Electronic Circuit Design

This bid is for a circuit design improvement of an existing electronic circuit. The existing project/circuit has a fairly simple functionality, a PIC microcontroller monitors when the tank is full, when full it turns on an LED and sounds an alarm. Now we need an additional feature and improvement to this. Requirements: 1. Add additonal circuitry to attain a list of improvements/features. 2. The old circuit must be used and just add the additional circuit. 3. The design must be written in Easy-PC ver 9 4. The program embedded in the PIC must also be modified to affect the circuit changes. 5. PCB and Gerber files must also be created. 6. A fully working prototype must be created to verify that it is working properly. 7. Electronic component used must be commonly available and can be bought in the following UK electronic suppliers: - [url removed, login to view] - [url removed, login to view] Supplier code must be specified on each component used. 7. All aspect of the design (circuit and program) must be fully documented and explained, including functions. The circuit and other files and requirements will be available upon request.

Amendments of the deliverables:

1. Review the designed circuit and check if the design is ok.

2. Make necessary improvements/suggestions to the new design to make it work properly.

3. Write the software for the new circuit.

4. All deliverables must be fully documented and fully understood by me.

## Deliverables

1) All requirements stated in the description. 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
