And at the end of the records buttons 1) add new 2)edit 3) delete marked 4)Confirm/Pay or instead of having options 2&3 they could have a 2 links by each record edit/delete.
Opt1 would lead to a page either by the cfg file or generic where the user would input each of the attendees generic information should be defaulted into the form
Opt2 would edit records.
Opt3 Would want a confirmation page or pop up before del
Opt4 go to total due page. Some of the events we will be using this for will be based upon occupancy, other are general registration.
cfg file could determine this.
If general calculate total due, Deposit due, late fee
If it is based upon occupancy the cfg file would need to know 1,2,3,4, occup rates. 5 in a room is allowed, but each will pay the 4 rate. No more than 5/room.
Depending on difficulty/cost possibly offering like specific track registrations, ie- a user could sign an attendee up for the basic registration, and then have option for say horseback riding track which would be an additional expense.
Admin feature to edit all users and records, confirm payments, download db file preferrable to MS Excel or Access.
