Excel data to CSV or Delimited Text for Access database

I have an Excel file that contains the following data, per line: company name, company description, blank line, street address, city state, zip country (if known), blank line, phone, fax, blank line, e-mail address, web site URL, line of dashes, blank line, then company name again with the sequence repeating. The data is broken into sections, each section is titled with the category of the product the companies represent, such as "Hangars". Each category title is preceded by a line of "XXXXXXXX's". The problem is that not all companies have a line for fax, not all companies have a line for web site, so those companies prevent using a straight conversion from line to delimited field. The common element is that each company is separated by the line of dashes and each category is separated by a line of XXX's. The project is to extract the data from the format described above into a format that can be imported into an Access database, such as comma-delimited, fixed length or CSV (comma delimited preferred.) The data would contain separate fields for each of the following fields (each of the following values would be a delimited or fixed length field in the database): category, company name, company description, street address, city, state, zip, country, phone, fax, e-mail, web address. File is attached for review. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform File is from Excel 2000, any modifications to original file must remain in version Excel 2000. Delimited file should be in version/form usable in Access 2000.
