This is a really nit thing for somebody who knows how to create forms in outlook. today, unless i've completely missed it, you can't put somebody on the to: line and a public/private folder on the cc or bcc line. what i would like is to have an alternative to the new message option, call it, new filed message. it works like this: i click on new filed messsage the standard message creation windows open up. i can put whomever on the to: line or the cc: line but add to the BCC line an exchange public folder. the reason i want to do this is essentially auto-filing outbound messages vs. wading through the sent mail folder and moving things into folders. email me with questions. note: i'm expecting somebody to bid on this who does exchange/outlook forms all the time so this is trival. it means you can make a nice piece of change for a small amount of time invested. the test is really obvious. i send a piece of mail and it a copy ends up the designated folder.
an installable form for outlook XP with the instructions to install it if special. i sign off when i can create a mail message that allows me to send a copy of the new message to email addresses as well as a folder.
Windows XP Outlook XP (I am also running the Outlook 2003 beta)
