1) I have a MYSQL database in a Windows IIS server that I want to move to my Linux server. This server does not have phpmysql and I don't know MYSQL well enough to execute the commands necessary to do this. But I can create the DB on the Linux server using phpmyadmin, so I just need the data exported in such a way that I can paste into the query window on the new server.
2) Create a quick and easy web interface in php so my helper can edit the information via a web browser. Nothing fancy, just get all of the info, display in a table format, allow for editing and save the changes back to the DB
There are only less than 10 columns.
I have the login information

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
