I am looking to develop a small admin/user interface for managing client accounts that allow for files/reports to be uploaded and managed. The reports themselves are usually just .doc or .pdf files and do not have any real relation to this report management system. The functionality required includes: - site admin would be able to create/edit/delete clinic accounts from a backend interface. - site admin can create/edit a series of (usually weekly) reports listed on a page for each clinic. This report page would display report information sorted by date, and would consist of an optional text description and 1 or more attached files, usually doc, pdf and/or wav files uploaded by the site admin. ie Example Clinic Report - May 27 - Report Description/Notes - Attached File - Description - Attached File - Description Report - May 20 - Report Description/Notes - Attached File - Description - Attached File - Description etc. - site admin creates a unique login/pass for each individual clinic - site admin can click an email notifier to notify specific account contact(s) of a new report. - these individual clinic accounts can then login to view their account and view available report pages on the front end. - site admin can also create/edit superusers who have access to more than one clinic account, with multiple account permissions set by the admin. - new site design not required. code/application to be built into an existing site/template.
