A corporate website is currently 80% completed and must be finished. A copy of the source files will be provided in Dreamweaver format. A copy of the current web site files and directory strucutre will also be provided. The site utilizes Includes and PHP and RSS.
*UPDATE* We are not looking for a major redesign or changes. Add 4 links, one contact page, one download page, one RSS feed section to the front page.

The buyer will release 50% of the funds ahead of deadline when the core structure is completed (RSS, Links), the balance will be paid when site is completed. Satisfactory completion will make the coder a primary candidate for a private action for an upcoming website.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in working PHP \ HTML as well as complete source code of all work done.
1a)Complete the site to cutomer specifications (example: minor layout changes.)
1b)Establish links to the main 4 business areas \ page for each area. (exact verbage provided to winner). These links will have roll-over \ drop down look and feel.
1c)Create a contact page that will contain information on software orders and an order form. (order processing \ credit card handling NOT required)
1d)Allow RSS feeds on the front page from 2 provided link sources (the RSS feed code is already written and will be provided)
1e)A downloads page
1f)The code will function equally in Mozilla\Firefox and Internet Explorer
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
