I have a half completed SharePoint WebPart that does a few different things. Firstly, it does some configuration stuff to a SharePoint site, the stuff is stored in "templates" which are essentially XML documents. I am using LINQ to XSD to write back and forth. Secondly, it does some security stuff with three little components.
From this, I am trying to use an ASP.NET wizard control to collect the information needed. I got a lot of that written. I just need it finished, 90% of the interface is completed though. Also, I need it to be able to point to a site that is already configured, and it will write the XML template based on the settings that already exist. There are a few other small thing, but nothing very major. I have the code for how the template is applied to the site already written.
Two of the components need to be converted to use devexpress controls as opposed to the ASP.NET ones being used now. Need to look snazzy, and I have some requirements written down for what the final product will look like.
Lastly, I need some wiring of the components in the interface so they can be called from eachother. It makes more sense when you see the application.
You have to have a SharePoint 2007 / WSS 3.0 instance to develop on, I can't provide one for you. You have to have really good DevExpress experience, especially eliminating postbacks and all the rest of the client suite. I am a developer by trade so will be able to provide you with really reasonable requirements for the stuff that needs to be done. I am pretty much? using the whole devexpress suite, including the reporting, gauges, etc.
I think it would take between 3-5 days (that's how long it would take me to do it).
NEED SHAREPOINT 2007 / WSS 3.0 TO DO THIS PROJECT!!!!!
