I require an intelligent 2d platform engine that includes real-time physics and AI. main requirements are: life, item collection, the usual... Enemy AI - When a enemy sees you, he will follow you, and when in range, he will fire in your direction... even if this is above him or below him... Gravity - I need the enemies to be able to follow up/down stairs. Also, things like blood, if someone is shot, they will spill blood, which must fall to the ground and stay there for a while, not simply part of the animation. I would also like to do this with ammo when a gun is fired. I would prefer this to be in MX2004 and i must be able to see source code before the project is done, in order to raise questions about how i would do certain things. A level editor is not required, unless you have one! I know that a lot of flash dev'ers reuse code, and I'm fine with that, so any additional features that have already been written would help seal the deal!
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
