The system is a basic flight plan filing and management web site, developed in PHP and MySQL database. basically it will allow a user to file a flight plan via the web to an ATC (Air Traffic Controller) located in an airport so he can shorten the required time to file it manually. This software should control user entrance, and should allow users with certain access to file 2 different flight plans according to their permissions. The users should have a profile which not only contain their own information, but also their aircraft information, licenses, etc. Any given user can have more than one aircraft or more than one license, so he should be able to maintain a list of them with the information required in the flight plan, for later use for easy paste into the flight plan automatically by the system. The user can have as many aircraft or licenses registered as he wants. He should also have access to the history of his filed flight plans, with search capability and filtering. There should be 5 sections in the web site, one for public viewing and registration process, 2 for Admins, 3 for Members, 4 for members filing a flight plan (2 types of flight plans are possible) and 5 for ATC members, to see the recently filed flight plans and change the status of them or print them. Some basic graphic design should be applied, and pieces like logo placements etc. Also multi language support is required, so all messages and texts should be contained in separate text files that can be edited, no limit to the ammount of languages should be supported, the only thing and admin must do is create a new text file the translated texts and notify the system thru the admin section. ----
