This is a very simple project if you know what you're [url removed, login to view] have a Joomla! [url removed, login to view] Stable [ Sunfire ] site which needs an upload facility adding.
Clients of the website may upload job files (of up to 25mb) to the site administrator, and on upload completion admin is notified by email
The END RESULT of this will save us time from having clients emailing files over in numerous emails.
Here is an overview of the process as we imagine it:
1 - Visitor to site requests a login.
2 - Admin adds/approves user in Joomla backend.
3 - Visitor logs in and now has access "upload a job" page.
4 - User browses to a local file and selects specific file *
5 - File is uploaded to a holding area on website where admin can access files **
6 - User in informed of successful upload.
7 - Admin is notified via email that new file has been uploaded.
* Files for upload will in the WinZip '.zip' format.
The File upload size should allow for upto 25mb documents.
** The admin show be able to access a page which will return a list of the uploaded files:
Information will include:
1 - File Name
2 - File Size
3 - User who uploaded file
4 - Date of upload
5 - Download button
6 - Delete Button
We are looking at a budget of around $70 and are willing to tip for a job well done.
The Deadline for completion around late June.
1 - The mod should come with an installer and a [url removed, login to view] so that it can be easily installed into a Joomla site.
2 - The mod will need to be installed and tested before being considered compete and payment released.
3 - Code is owned by ourselves with no reservations, exceptions, or 3rd party restrictions.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
