I have an almost complete website that i need someone to finish. It has most of the content management side done, but needs completing. The website can be viewed at [url removed, login to view] The coder that wins the bid will be required to add any additional pages required in order to complete the project. The website must be developed using PHP, and MYSQL. Whoever decides to take this job must be very good, and read the attached documentation and agree to the specifications. Also the coder must accept that some changes may be made once work has started or a few small minor things added to improve the feel of the website. This will be at no additional cost to the buyer. Also the Coder must be a good communicator and communicate frequently to update me with how the website is going. As I mentioned above, most parts of the website are complete, I just need a good coder to complete it for me, as the person who started it couldn't finish due to limitations on their behalf. The list of things that are complete and need to be completed are as follows: Completed or almost completed: Most of the content management system is complete Forum is complete but needs to be linked in with user profiles. News section is complete Interview section just needs a little tweaking The poll system also needs a little fix. The following still need to be completed: User profiles Games pages League & Tournament management system Automated Calender for League and Tournament Fixtures Links to game pages Tweaking of look of games pages and league tables Home page navigation bar at top of screen will need looking at, but I will provide information on that. And a few more minor things. Please note that I will only pay the stated amount for this job. If you do not agree with this, then please do not bid on this job. If you do bid on this job, I will assume you have agreed to complete the job for the amount I have proposed.(NO TIME WASTERS PLEASE!!)
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
