Hi! In my work I get lots of mails every day. 100-300 Mails is a typical workday. Several of them is about the same issue and some is of course of less importance than others. I´d like a plugin that groups incoming mails into subfolders according to the following rules: - First of all the filters I have added to Outlook should be run (moving some of them out of the inbox) - General sorting of header (Re, Re:, RE:, Fw: FW...) must be disregarded. A folder will be created with the header and all mails with same header will be put there. - If the header contains a 6 or 7 digit nbr, but not the same header as any of the previously created folders, then you will match and see if this 6 or 7 digit numbers exists in the created folder names and if so, then move it to this folder. - When creating folders and moving mails, you should ONLY move the mails in respectivly folder. If running this script/plugin on Sent folder, then subfolders will be created in Sent folder. If running in Inbox, then subfolders will be created there. That´s it. Example: Mail 1 "Hi I have a question about 12345" a) Folder "Hi I have a question about 12345" is created. Mail 2 "Re: Hi I have a question about 12345" This mail is put in to the folder described in a) Mail 3 "What is the status about 12345" This mail is also put into a)
