Overview Statement: The system will consist of an on-line application to handle the card and calendar presentation and selection, a payments processing system to handle customer orders and payments and integration to a back-end system that will control what is sold, to what price, size, specification and final print ready selection. The current Gotyou site holds all of the photo’s, it is envisaged that we will enhanced the Gotyou website to enable the client to have an option to buy a calendar or card. They then select 12 + 1 cover images for a calendar or 1 or more images for cards dependant on how many they require. They then proceed to the next level which will take them to the calendar or card creation area. The Calendar and card creation will have the selected image(s) uploaded in its gallery so the client can then choose what they want on each calendar leaf or card The school Photograph option will be able to provide an option for associate photographers to print off an order form that they already have via a button on the Gotyou site. They will have a unique reference number that is linked to the photos of that child. Should the parent decide on a package they can go into the web site using the reference number to view the photos then order them through the GOTYOU web site which sends out the package of choice directly to the parent. They also have an 0800 number if the parent prefers to ring the order through.
