Instant Message application to run across site where users can chat with each other. Clicking on user profile name will invoke an IM window, user types message and clicks send. Message will pop up in a window for the recipient, they will have the choice of dimissing the message, replying to the message, or banning the sender from sending them further messages. Successful completion of this small project will lead to bigger projects.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
To run under Php 4 + using MySQL and compatiable with PC and MAC 4+ web browsers to include IE and Netscape. The application also needs to work with an existing member datastore in MySQL
