I am busy designing a website for my company project, and I have run into a problem. Because of extraneous concerns, we have to use java to stream live photos over the web (NOT a webcam, rather we have a framegrabber card reading from a BNC cable). I believe I have a good handle on the actual framegrabbing part of the project, but I am having trouble getting the broadcasting down. The company who gave us our software only gave us a visual basic version, which we can't use. So, I have been translating their work into java, which we can use.
Now the problem: in their code for streaming the pictures, they use a few functions from [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]:
From [url removed, login to view]:
From [url removed, login to view]
However, they did not provide a jni file for interpreting these functions. What I need is the jni file, so that I can call these functions. Alternatively, if someone knows another way to stream live pictures through java, that would also work. Right now, I am putting this under personal projects because I believe that this is something which is available publicly open-source, and I just haven't been able to find it. However, if it is not, and I don't get anyone to just tell me where I can find this, I will definitely be willing to pay for what I want. Also, time is of the essence, so I will really need it taken care of fairly quickly.
For those asking payment, I want all files necesary to access the aforementioned functions along with a README file that details everything that I need to do to make it work. In case it is relevant, I am currently developing on Eclipse, so I would like to be able to have your files work on Eclipse.
For anyone else, I'd just like whatever help you can give me.
I will not insist on retaining any rights to the code you submit, except of course for the right to use the code myself for my project.
