I need a coder with proven Joomla experience to take a 4 page xhtml compliant web site written in php with spliced graphics and convert it to a Joomla template/site with **NEW** per-user/client access controls.
**(27 June) REQUIREMENTS UPDATED - NO LONGER IS AN ISSUES LIST REQUIRED
I need a coder with proven Joomla experience to take a 4 page xhtml compliant web site written in php with spliced graphics and convert it to a Joomla template/site with the following features:
* Existing content all accessible (links/addresses can be different) but the content should be put in the CMS as dynamic rather than the static content that it currently is. The existing site has the following features to consider:
* Each page of the site has a different color-way/theme, the overall color scheme is the same but there is a variation each section.
* Each page of the site has the potential to display 3 short articles.
* Add a new **Secure** client area along with restricted access via username/password. We are a small consultancy, who work in a project focused way. It is important that the client area has the following features:
> <!-- -->
> * Follows the same visual theme as the main site with a way of adding client logos.
> * Client home-page with links to all the available projects.
> * Multiple project areas per client. Where each project can have the following:
> * Freeform Wiki style documentation area.
> * **REQUIREMENT REMOVED** <strike>Issues list. This may use FlySpray JE or some similar integration the important features are:</strike>
> * * <strike>Secure, client A must not be able to see client B's issues etc. so using the same project based security as the rest of the site.</strike>
> * <strike>Integrated/single store for all projects, I do not want the burden of having to maintain many databases, configuration files etc (like 1 for each project or client).</strike>
> * Browsable **SECURE** File-storage for a combination of Documentation and potentially other project artifacts like zip files/images etc.
> * There are many Joomla extensions which provide this funtionality, the important things are that different clients cannot see eachothers documents.
> * * There are many Joomla extensions which provide this funtionality, the important things are that different clients cannot see eachothers documents.
> * It should be possible within one client company to have multiple users with different permissions (e.g. fully role based security).
> * Potential to add new joomla modules on a per-project basis.
> * Entire site (including restricted areas) should have google analytics integration enabled.
Bidders under consideration will get access be given a link to the existing site that needs to be converted.
Our expectation is that the delivery will take the form of a tarball or zip of a Joomla directory, along with a MYSQL dump and any documentation that goes outside standard joomla configuration. This will be in effect “ready to use?? condition.

Dear all... Please note that I have made the following changes to the requirements: - No longer required issues list functionality. In addition. People were asking about the other pages of the existing [url removed, login to view] site that are not visible. I have made the full version of this site including the other pages available here: [url removed, login to view] PLEASE note: the Resources and Downloads section will become "Clients and Partners" and will force a login!.. In addition to this (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ONLY AN EXAMPLE) I have made a dummy client site based on Dokuwiki (What we use at the moment for some clients) this is here: [url removed, login to view] username:demo password:demo As I say only an example and I want this to look much better in the real version.. Please know, depending on who you log in as, this area will have totally different content. While I have not changed maximum bid possible on this project, I would like to see some bids reduced to take into account the reduced functionality that is required. These are the things that I must know from all bidders for their bids to be considered: - How you will handle the security side of this. - What technology you would plan to use for file management. - How I would administer the system... Create new clients, projects and assign privileges. This has to be something that is simple and quick to do. Thanks Sam
