We are looking for a web-designer who has knowledge of Joomla! who will develp a Joomla site template for a company website based on our Logo and company colors (see attachment). The template must be compatible with Joomla! 1.0.12.
We need the template finished by **end of May 2007!**
We expect an iterative procedure with 3 iterations.
The first revision should be delivered on May 24., the second revision should be delivered on May 28. The final version must be delivered on **May, 30.**
We will provide feedback on the first and the second revision within 24 hours. This feedback has to be incorporated into the following revision. Please consider the time zone we are located: UTC/GMT 01:00
The style of the web site has to meet current state-of-the art graphic design for web pages that make a web page look *fresh*, *appealing* and *easy to use*.

Both articles describe style, graphics, and layouts that we would like to be adopted to our web page.
Our company is a startup offering mainly two services:
a) A tool for software developers ([[url removed, login to view]]) and
b) consulting for software engineering.
The new website will be English / German (using the Joom!Fish component). There is already a product site ([[url removed, login to view]]). Both designs are independent but they shouldn’t be completely incompatible (from the graphical point of view).
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
