We have an existing image upload script that uploads images (jpg, swf, gif, and png files) onto our server that are then brought into a flash application. What we need is a way to set or limit the minimum size you can upload to our system. Ideally we'd like to set it at 50k for jpg, gif, and png files. We'd like it not to apply to swf files. In our upload form, if the image is too small, then the user should get an error saying the image is too small. We'd like the ability to later change the minimum size and or error messaging. Please only bid if you've done this type of work before. specifically setting minimum sizes.
